When I did decide on a home, even though it was well out of her way, she came up to my job to bring paperwork that I needed to sign so that I wasn't inconvenienced. She made sure that I understood the process, and worked very closely with my Broker to make sure that we stayed within a budget that I was comfortable with. Kara made me think about things that I normally would not have, like cost of utilities, future property value and the importance of location. Because of her great work ethic and diligence I am happy to say I am the proud owner of my "Barbie Dream House! I would definitely recommend her.
